Luc R. Saint-Genies is a first-generation American, an advocate, an organizer, and a public servant at heart. Luc believes that those most impacted by our government's decisions should be the ones closest to the power, and that innovative voices in the legislative process are essential to an efficient government; a government by the people, for the people.
